When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you provide. We only use this data to respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your enquiry. We will not add you to marketing lists or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Data retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted unless it forms part of an ongoing client relationship.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw a consent you have given. Write to us using the email button on this page, or any of the routes on our contact page, and we will respond within 60 days.
Third-party services
Our office location is shown on a Google Map, but it is not loaded until you press the button that asks for it. Until you do, nothing on that page contacts Google. If you do load it, your IP address is shared with Google and its cookies may be set, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that.
Our fonts are served from this website rather than from Google Fonts, so ordinary browsing here does not pass your IP address to Google at all.
Messages sent through our contact form are delivered by Formspree, which receives the details you submit for the sole purpose of passing them to us and does not use them for anything else. Formspree processes and stores submissions on servers outside India.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
