Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you provide. We only use this data to respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your enquiry. We will not add you to marketing lists or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Data retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted unless it forms part of an ongoing client relationship.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw a consent you have given. Write to us using the email button on this page, or any of the routes on our contact page, and we will respond within 60 days.
Third-party services
Our office location is shown on a Google Map, but it is not loaded until you press the button that asks for it. Until you do, nothing on that page contacts Google. If you do load it, your IP address is shared with Google and its cookies may be set, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that.
Our fonts are served from this website rather than from Google Fonts, so ordinary browsing here does not pass your IP address to Google at all.
The WhatsApp button opens a chat with us on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Nothing on this website contacts WhatsApp until you press it. Once the chat opens, your messages and phone number are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, and we see them as a message in our own account. Please do not send PAN, bank or login details in a first message.
Messages sent through our contact form are delivered by Formspree, which receives the details you submit for the sole purpose of passing them to us and does not use them for anything else. Formspree processes and stores submissions on servers outside India.
With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and tools are used. Nothing from Google loads until you accept in the banner on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics script runs and no analytics cookies are set.
If you accept, Google sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) and receives your IP address, your device and browser type, the pages you view and how you interact with them — including when you tap a call or email button, send the contact form, or use one of our calculators. We do not send anything you type into a form or a calculator. We have switched off Google signals and advertising features. Google processes this data on its servers, which may be outside India, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that.
We remember your choice in your browser. If you accept, we ask again after 12 months; if you decline, we do not ask again unless you reopen it. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie choices” at the foot of any page. Withdrawing stops further collection and removes the analytics cookies from your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
