Professional services

JSK Tax Consultants provides tax audit support, income tax and GST compliance, TDS, internal audit, accounting and bookkeeping, representation before the tax authorities, and business registrations. Engagement for any professional service is subject to a separate letter of engagement that defines the scope, deliverables, and fees.

JSK Tax Consultants is a tax and audit-support practice and is not a firm of Chartered Accountants. Reports that may only be signed by a Chartered Accountant — including the tax audit report under section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, a statutory audit under the Companies Act, and the GSTR-9C reconciliation certificate — are not issued by us. We prepare, reconcile and document the records those reports are based on, and your Chartered Accountant signs them. Representation before the tax authorities is provided as an Authorised Representative under section 288(2) of the Income Tax Act, and GST filings as a registered GST Practitioner.
